Shipping Rates

New Zealand

• Standard shipping: $10 flat rate

• FREE shipping on orders over $150

Australia

• Standard shipping: $20 flat rate

• FREE shipping on orders over $250

Prices are displayed in your local currency. Free shipping thresholds apply to your order total after discounts, excluding shipping costs.

Delivery Timeframes

New Zealand

• Urban delivery: Up to 5 working days from dispatch.

• Rural delivery: Allow an additional 2 working days.

Australia

• Allow up to 10 working days from dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier services and any customs delays.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours on working days.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Information

All orders are sent via tracked courier services.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical delivery address at checkout.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update your details before dispatch.

Australian Orders

Orders shipped to Australia may be subject to customs processing, import duties or taxes depending on the order value and applicable regulations.

Any additional import charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch and we'll help investigate with the courier.
