How to Measure Your Chest
- Use a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string.
- Wrap the tape around the widest part of your chest, keeping it level.
- Keep the tape comfortably snug without pulling it tight.
- Compare your measurement with the chart for your pack or vest.
Getting the Right Fit
Your running vest should feel secure and comfortable without restricting your breathing or movement. Adjust the straps for a close fit, ideally while carrying the equipment and hydration you would normally use.
